Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VVS LAND website at vvs.jewelry (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order — generally, this means being of legal age in your jurisdiction, or placing an order with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required. The Site is intended for a general audience; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle children's information.

Products, pricing & availability

We describe products as accurately as we can, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen. All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance — we may limit, cancel, or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, and will notify you and issue a refund for any payment already collected if we do.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed; changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and disclosed at checkout before you complete payment.

Orders, payment & checkout

Checkout is powered by Shopify's own hosted checkout — VVS LAND never receives or stores your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for how Shopify's checkout processing works. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only once we accept and confirm your order (typically by email confirmation).

Shipping, delivery & returns

Processing and delivery estimates are described on our Shipping page; these are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, high order volume). Our Returns page describes eligibility, the return process, and how refunds are issued — that page, not this one, governs the specifics of returns and refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation (including attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls, or automated abuse protections); scrape or harvest data from the Site other than through methods we explicitly permit (such as our published sitemap); upload or transmit malicious code; or submit false, fraudulent, or abusive information through our forms (contact, newsletter, or order tracking).

Intellectual property

The VVS LAND name, logo, and the original design, layout, graphics, photography, and written content that VVS LAND has created or commissioned for this Site are owned by VVS LAND or used under license, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission, except as necessary to use the Site normally (e.g., viewing pages, sharing a product link).

Third-party brands and trademarks. VVS LAND sells and references third-party products, model names, and brands (for example, Casio and G-SHOCK model references used to describe compatible or inspired accessories). Those names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Referencing a third-party brand or model name on this Site — including for comparison, compatibility, or descriptive purposes — does not imply that VVS LAND is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by that brand, unless we say so explicitly. Any product described as a "mod kit," aftermarket part, or similar is independently made or sold by VVS LAND and is not an official product of the referenced brand unless stated otherwise.

Shopify and other third-party services. The Site is built using Shopify's commerce platform and other third-party software; those providers retain all rights to their own platforms, software, and trademarks. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you or to VVS LAND.

Open-source software. The Site's underlying software may include open-source components, each governed by its own license. We do not claim ownership of open-source software we did not author, and required license notices are preserved in our source code where applicable.

User-submitted content

If you submit content to us — such as a support message, order note, review, or testimonial — you confirm it is your own and you grant VVS LAND a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate our business (for example, responding to your message, or, only with your separate permission, featuring a review or testimonial). We do not claim ownership of your content beyond what is needed for that purpose, and we do not fabricate reviews or testimonials, misrepresent incentivized endorsements, or suppress genuine negative feedback merely because it is negative.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Product warranty terms, where applicable, are as stated on the specific product listing or as required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VVS LAND is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for our own fraud or, where applicable, gross negligence).

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VVS LAND's business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise for your location. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your order; continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Severability & entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping, and Returns pages, make up the entire agreement between you and VVS LAND regarding use of the Site.
